QinetiQ required antenna installation designs for Airbus H125 and H145 helicopters within a classified programme, with configuration, airworthiness and integration constraints across multiple aircraft variants.

KDC Projects operated as a fixed-price delivery partner, undertaking aircraft surveys, mechanical and electrical design, CAD modelling and drawing release through to installation trial support.

This provided assured installation definitions, reduced integration risk during modification, and enabled progression through review, test and flight clearance activities.
