Over two days, the team cycled coast-to-coast from our Bristol office to Bournemouth. Despite a few early technical setbacks and some tough moments along the way, the team showed real determination and teamwork from start to finish.
The challenge concluded with the Seaside Scramble, where more members of the KDC team joined in to support the cause. It was a brilliant way to round off the fundraising, finishing together as one team.
In total, £2,743 was raised for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. During the event, the team also had the opportunity to speak with Dr Phil Hyde, Medical Director, who shared just how vital community fundraising is to keeping the service running.
As he explained, the support “means a huge amount” and enables the team to reach patients and deliver life-saving care when it’s needed most.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and supported along the way. The commitment and generosity shown has made a genuine difference.
