1. Requirements Architecture

Definition of the baseline functional and performance requirements to deliver a solution that meets the product specification.

2. Product Development

Design & Analysis from concept through to production solution, utilising the latest simulation and modelling techniques.

3. Requirements Management

Cascading the requirements through the Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) to define the lower level needs and subsequent change management.

4. Design for Manufacture

Production of the manufacturing dataset with full GD&T definition.

5. Test Planning, Execution & Reporting

Provision of full Test services across a variety of products from wing to refuel pods for fluid and structural test.

6. Certification

Support to Certification activities.

7. Production Engineering

Provision of production planning and factory layout support.

Manufacturing liaison activities including repair schemes and modification execution.

Support to first article inspection and Entry into Service documentation.

Response to customer sourced queries or requests for repair solutions.

Provision of Safety processes and procedures and solutions for operational and environmental Safety requirements.

12. Model-based Systems Engineering

Utilisation of the latest toolset to build dynamic models of a product requirements architecture.
