We are proud to support causes and communities that matter to our people. This includes fundraising for selected charities through team challenges such as charity bike rides, as well as taking part in wider community initiatives throughout the year.
As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, we are committed to supporting the Armed Forces community, including those transitioning from military life into civilian careers. It is part of our wider commitment to creating opportunities, supporting people and contributing in a meaningful and practical way.
We also work closely with Bournemouth University, creating opportunities to connect with students, support early careers talent and help graduates take their first steps into engineering.
It might be hard to conceive of a time when safety was not an important industry trend, but we do not have to look that far back.
