Requirement 

KDC were engaged to support with a backlog of Technical Queries that were delaying the delivery of ​mechanical design tasking relating to the Dreadnought platform. ​

AGILE Sprint based approach adopted to address end customer Technical Queries and embodiment of any associated change requests into the design. Tasking was defined at meetings with client based on schedule priorities. ​

Outcome 

KDC implemented an Agile sprint‑based approach to resolving Technical Queries and integrate design change requests. A five‑person mechanical engineering team, led by a KDC Team Lead, collaborated closely with the client to maintain schedule adherence and deliver high‑quality design updates.
