KDC provided specialist expertise to our customer for the management of Incident Reporting (IR) for Qualification and Through Life Support.
This included the creation, root cause analysis and corrective actions of the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) artefacts.
KDC assumed responsibility for running the failure review board; assigning actions and assessment of FRACA documentation proposed for closure.
KDC provided authoring and management of containment actions, including assessment of IRs to ensure that they were linked to a genuine qualification, test or customer raised failure rather than an anomaly and then raise and associated FRACAS artefact.
Successful management of outstanding FRACAS artefacts, leading to eventual completion and closure.
Established a robust system for the identification, management and resolution of future Incident Reporting.
